Rules and Regulations

o   The total prize money will be $500.00 and the money will be paid to the REALTOR’s Brokerage.

o   Only BNAR licensed REALTORS and BROKERS are eligible to win.

§  Licensed Assistants will be eligible.    

o   REALTORS must visit each property and give us feedback on the supplied feedback form.

o   Absentee Rule: REALTORS may miss three days of the contest but they must preview the properties that were on the schedule and give us feedback on the supplied feedback (entry) form by 5:00 pm by the next Tuesday of the following week.  For example, if the REALTOR does not make the DASH FOR CASH time frame they will have to schedule a preview time as per the showing instructions. 

o   DASH FOR CASH Open House times are from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm on Tuesdays.  REALTOR must view the home during this prescribed time or see the Absentee Rule. 

o   JBHST has the right to add and remove properties to the DASH FOR CASH as needed and the REALTORS must attend all the properties open for that day during the prescribed times or see the Absentee Rule.  The MAXIMUM number of properties a REALTOR will need to see is 20.   

o   Properties will be announced on Thursday before 3pm for the following Tuesdays.  Any and all updates will take place on our website at www.JacksDashforCash.com 

o   You will be able to view the rules

o   You will be able to view the REALTORS that are still eligible for the prize each week.  (Unless you do not want to have your name listed on our website.  In this case you will be given an ID number to be associated with.)

o   The drawing will take place on June 7, 2011.  The place and time will be determined at a later date.   

o   You must be present to win.

o   There will be one winner for $400 cash prize and two $50.00 winners for runners up.   

o   There will be additional winners for some other prizes donated by some area businesses.
